If you live in Toronto, chances are you love brunch.
We all love it.
It’s our thing.
Walk past any popular, and even some of the not-so-popular spots Sunday morning – and your likely to see a line-up for brunch.
One such brunch hot spot is The Windsor Arms Hotel.
Located in Yorkville, The Windsor Arms Hotel is a 28 suite hotel, and the building dates back to 1927.
At the Windsor Arms, historic and new-millennium amenities are fused together to create a delicate balance of old-world charm and modern decadence.
Especially known for their high-tea service, The Windsor Arms Hotel actually has a lot more to offer.
I recently visited The Windsor Arms Hotel hotel for their Sunday brunch buffet, and let me tell you – I was not disappointed.
If you’re looking for a gorgeous place to take someone you want to impress out for brunch – I highly suggest The Windsor Arms Hotel.
And…guys, let me tell you something before I go into all the delicious food (and believe me – there was a lot of delicious food).
The Windsor Arms Hotel offers unlimited mimosas with their Sunday brunch.
Yes, you read that right.
Made with their very own private label sparkling wine.
Unlimited, delicious, mimosas.
Alright – if that doesn’t sell you right there, let me tell you a bit bout the food.
Typically I am a bit weary of buffets.
I’m always worried about the food being luke-warm, and bland.
However – everything at The Windsor Arms Hotel Sunday brunch buffet was fresh and flavourful.
From the salad station to the seafood table; the meat carving station.
To the typical breakfast foods of pancakes and french toast – and everything in between – it was all simply delicious and fresh.
There were so many options that I didn’t know where to start!
Beef and Mushroom Ragout
Seafood Pasta Salad
Fresh Crab Legs
French Toast, Bacon, Sausages, and Pancakes
Speaking of fresh…
One of my absolute favourite dished from my brunch was the Eggs Benedict.
Eggs Benedict is not something you would think would be included in a buffet brunch, but they are at The Windsor Arms Hotel!
Between your choice of three varieties, you place your order with your server and they are made fresh for you.
Traditional Eggs Benedict with Pemeal Bacon.
Eggs Benny with Smoked Salmon
Eggs Benny Florentine for the veggie lovers.
How amazing is that?
There is even an omlette station where you can pick and choose your toppings and have a fresh omlette made right there before your eyes.
Of course – make sure you leave room for dessert!
Because, well – there is a whole darn table dedicated to delicious dessert at The Windsor Arms Hotel Sunday Brunch!
With everything from creme brulee to pistachio cake – there is bound to be something for everyone on their dessert table!
Coffee Panna Cotta
Chocolate Brownies and Rockie Road Bars
